The Royal Palm Beach Front Hotel Patong, Patong

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the beach and away from the bustling Bangla Walking Street, but there were some issues with the noise from a nearby construction site. The rooms were soundproof, which was a relief, but the view looked onto a side street with no outdoor spaces to enjoy. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some staff being friendly and helpful, while others, including a manager at the front desk, seemed more interested in squeezing every penny out of us. Although slow, they were willing to assist when needed. The dining experience was okay, except for one day where chicken was found in the egg pad Thai without prior disclosure. Overall, the hotel has its positives and negatives.

The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw from the beach with nice bars and restaurants around. As for the dining experience, it was mind-blowing, truly a highlight starting early and lasting until 11 am. The facilities here are exceptional, catering to all my needs. Overall, a great value for money.
